New Year, new Life



In this new year the word that come into my mind  is courage.As we already set resolutions for our life and if we see face ourselves with some adversity, moments that we might wish to avoid or skip, challenging family relationships,  or might have to go through steps to reach our positive goal, we need to feed our mind and heart with courage. I like these definitions I found in Wikipedia and google:


-Courage is the ability to confront fear, pain, danger, uncertainty, or intimidation. Physical courage is courage in the face of physical pain, hardship, death, or threat of death, while moral courage is the ability to act rightly in the face of popular opposition, shame, scandal, or discouragement.

-Self affirmation of being inspite of the fact of non being. Courage is the most important of the virtues.
-Bravery is stand up for what is right in difficult situation, bravery involves also things such as overcoming one's own additive habits, irrational anxieties and harmful dependent  relationship, means also acting against ones' own natural inclination and facing fears which might not have any societal moral implications.
-Honesty involve more than simply telling the truth involve integrity, to be true to oneself across circumstances there are obvious situation in life where to be honest and authentic requires a great deal of strengh in the midst of fear.
-Zest or vitality feeling alive, being full of zest displaying enthusiasm for any and other activieties.
-Sobreponerse a los miedos y preserverar con la accion.
